I had a mixed experience at Palais Mehdi. While the gardens and pool area were beautiful and serene, the overall upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired. The furniture in the room was outdated, and I encountered some cleanliness issues. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a bit better. 🌿😊

The room showed significant signs of wear, with dirty towels and an outdated bathroom. There was even mold on the air conditioning cover.
Service

The staff were friendly and tried their best, but there were moments where their attentiveness lacked. For instance, I had to ask for assistance rather than being approached during my time in the gardens.

Located in the peaceful Palmeraie area, the hotel was just a 15-minute taxi ride from the Medina, which offered a nice blend of tranquility and accessibility.

While breakfast was enjoyable and cooked to order, I found the restaurant menu to be limited and overpriced, with mostly pastries.

The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, but the gym equipment was outdated and not up to par with expectations for a luxury stay.

My stay at Palais Mehdi was a blend of good moments and a few shortcomings. The luxurious atmosphere and the stunning gardens created a serene escape from the hustle of Marrakesh. While the breakfast by the pool was wonderful, offering a variety of options, I did find some aspects of the room lacking in maintenance. Overall, it's a picturesque retreat with really good staff, but it seems to need a touch of renovation.

Nestled in the peaceful Palmeraie area, it felt like an oasis away from the city's chaos. Though a bit far from the medina, the hotel arranged affordable taxis, making it convenient to explore.

My stay at Palais Mehdi was a mixed experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, offering a serene escape from the city hustle. However, my room had issues with cleanliness and maintenance that detracted from the luxury I had hoped for. Service was generally friendly, but I did encounter some staff members who could improve their customer interaction. Overall, while I appreciated the beautiful setting, the experience didn't fully meet my expectations. 🌹🥁

My initial room had damp odors and cleanliness issues, but upon requesting a new one, I was moved to a lovely suite with a private garden and a four-poster bed. The space was generous, but I had to deal with some cobwebs and inadequate cleaning.
Service

The staff were largely friendly and eager to assist, but I did experience slow service and a lack of attention during some interactions, especially at the reception where I felt the communication could have been more courteous.
Location

Set in the peaceful Palmeraie area, the location was ideal for those wanting tranquility away from the bustling city. However, it required taxis to access central attractions, which could add to the expense.

Breakfast by the pool was picturesque, but the limited menu offerings grew monotonous by the second day. Thankfully, the pastries and fresh juices were good, but I wished for more variety.
