Really good stay!
perfect garden separate living area friendly staff
The garden was perfect. The suites are spacious. They have separate living areas with couches and chill couches! There are also two TVs plus a jacuzzi and a separate shower. Breakfast was lovely. I sat poolside. The staff were friendly. They were quick to raise a parasol next to the table as needed!
The gym was not good. It was dirty, and the equipment was a poor level. There was no fresh water, no towels, and no TV!

The choice of eggs was good. it would have been nice to have cooked tomatoes and olives. Many of the pastries were too sweet! I ate at the hotel every evening. The food was good. More vegetable options accompanying the meat dishes would be even better.

The location is a fabulous oasis just outside the bustling city! The hotel is fine and very Moroccan lux. It is away from the intense activity of the city center. A Carrefour and a Cafe and restaurant are close by.

The staff were professional and cute. Nothing was too much to ask of them! I got to meet with the owner's son. He is a very humble man and a true gentleman. Hospitality was top notch.

The palace interiors are really good. The pool area is large. The staff were very professional. I found the Moroccan decor and furnishings beautiful with a contemporary twist.
The breakfast was the same everyday with mainly different types of bread. I wanted different food. I found the service very slow even though the place is small. The hotel is off the city, SO taxis are expensive.
